Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

At APT Urgent Care, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and transparent communication. Due to the specialized nature of our services—including the use of sterile, biohazard-sensitive, and custom-prepared products—all self-pay purchases and payments are subject to the following return and refund policy:

1. Medical Products (Injectables, Infusions, Compounds, Supplements, Equipment)

All purchases of medical products are final and nonrefundable. This includes but is not limited to:

  • GLP-1 therapies (e.g., Semaglutide/B12, Tirzepatide/B12, Semaglutide/Glycine, Tirzepatide/Glycine)

  • Vitamin and medication injections

  • IV infusion therapies

  • Nutraceuticals, compounded pharmaceuticals, and supplements

  • Durable Medical Equipment

Due to regulatory restrictions and safety protocols, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been prepared, shipped, dispensed or administered.

2. Memberships (apt+ and Related Services)
  • Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Services will remain active until the 1st day of the following calendar month, at which time access will be discontinued.

  • Annual memberships that are prepaid in full may be eligible for a prorated refund for unused months, excluding any services rendered and nonrefundable fees.

  • Registration and renewal fees are nonrefundable.

3. Clinical Services (Consultations, Procedures, and Exams)

Once a clinical visit begins—including any provider interview, consultation, exam, or evaluation—the service is considered rendered and nonrefundable, regardless of treatment decision or outcome.

4. Diagnostic Testing (POCT, Specimen Collection, X-ray Imaging)

All fees associated with diagnostic services are nonrefundable, including:

  • Point-of-Care Testing (POCT) (e.g., rapid strep, COVID-19, flu, urinalysis, glucose)

  • Specimen collection and send-out labs (e.g., CBC, CMP, UA, G6PD, lipid panels)

  • In-house imaging services, including X-rays

These services are performed and interpreted in real-time, and as such, are not eligible for credit, refund, or exchange once initiated.

5. Prepayments, Admin Fees, and Shipping

All prepayments, including those for future treatments, clinical administration fees, and shipping costs for compounded medications, are nonrefundable once processed.

6. Treatment Outcomes and Results

We do not guarantee individual results for any therapy or service. No refunds or credits will be issued due to dissatisfaction with treatment results, subjective expectations, or response variability.

7. Billing Inquiries and Disputes

All billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the charge. Submission of a dispute does not guarantee refund eligibility but will initiate a timely internal review.

 

By receiving services or completing payment at APT Urgent Care, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy.
