Apt Urgent Care is a modern walk-in medical center offering high-quality healthcare services for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, occupational health needs, and specialized services like apt+ memberships, Nutrient Infusion & Hydration Therapy, and Medical Weight Management.

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday through Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re open 365 days a year, including holidays.

We are conveniently located at 10447 Bailey Rd, Suite 150, Manvel, TX 77578.

We accept most major insurance plans. Feel free to call us to verify your specific insurance coverage before your visit.

Absolutely! We welcome walk-ins for most services, including acute illnesses, injuries, lab collections, and youth sports physicals.

Yes! We proudly provide care for children ages 6 months and older

No appointment needed for acute illnesses, minor injuries, youth sports physicals, urine drug screens, and blood draws.

Appointment required for apt+ Direct Primary Care, Nutrient Infusion & Hydration Therapy, Weight Loss Management, and Occupational Examinations.

After-hours and weekend visits are walk-in only — no appointment necessary.

Yes! We offer advanced digital x-ray imaging on-site to assist with diagnosing injuries like fractures or pneumonia.

Yes, we provide various types of physicals, including school, sports, employment, and DOT physicals.

Yes! We perform a range of lab tests, including point-of-care testing (rapid strep, COVID-19, flu), as well as blood draws for more comprehensive lab work.

Our goal is to minimize your wait! Most patients are seen within 30 minutes of arrival, but times can vary based on patient volume.

We provide a selection of vaccinations such as flu shots, tetanus boosters, and TB testing

Yes, our providers can refill or prescribe appropriate medications after a clinical evaluation.

While we don’t have a full pharmacy, we do offer a selection of common medications dispensed directly at the clinic for your convenience.

Yes, we offer free, ample parking directly in front of our clinic

We manage acute flare-ups of chronic conditions such as asthma, hypertension, or diabetes. For ongoing management, we recommend primary care follow-up.

Absolutely! We are happy to serve visitors, tourists, and temporary residents needing medical care

Currently, we do not offer telemedicine services. However, we are happy to serve you in-person every day of the year.

Please bring a government-issued photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any medical history that may be important to your visit.

Yes! We specialize in occupational health, offering services like drug testing, DOT physicals, injury care, pre-employment physicals, and return-to-work evaluations.
