Hours: Mon – Fri 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sat – Sun 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

No, we operate on a walk-in basis. However, you have the option to go online to our website or Google search page and schedule a time slot in which we can expect a visit. We offer both in-person and virtual visits.

Do you perform x-rays?


Yes, we have on-site X-rays for immediate imaging needs typically from 9a – 7p Monday through Friday and 9a – 4p Saturday and Sunday. 

Can I get a physical examination at Apt Urgent Care?


Yes, we offer physical examinations for various purposes, including sports, school, and employment. However, please note that insurance payers do not cover urgent care physical examinations, including annual physicals. 

Do you offer lab testing?


Yes, we have an on-site lab for various tests. Point-of-care-testing such as rapid flu, strep, and COVID-19 are typically performed onsite, while others such as blood draw, PCR, and cultures will be sent to Quest Diagnostics or Altru Diagnostics. 

How long is the typical wait time?


Wait times can vary based on the day and time, but we strive to see patients as quickly as possible. You can always call ahead to get an estimate. 

What conditions do you treat at Apt Urgent Care?


We treat a wide range of non-life-threatening conditions, including minor injuries, infections, colds, flu, allergies, and more. 

Do you offer vaccinations?


Yes, we provide Flu shots and Tdap pending availability. 

Can I get a prescription refill at Apt Urgent Care?


Yes, based on the assessment of our medical professionals, we can provide prescription refills. It is necessary to have your prescription information as prescribed by your primary care provider on hand.

Do you have a pharmacy on-site?


We do not. But there is currently a CVS pharmacy located right across the street from our location.

Yes, we offer free parking for our patients and visitors. 

Do you treat chronic conditions?


While we can provide immediate care for exacerbations of some chronic conditions, it’s recommended that patients with chronic illnesses see their primary care physicians for ongoing management.

Can I receive care if I’m not a resident or if I’m a tourist?
